•  There’s no last day. We will accept registration till the all rooms sold out or we will update on the event website that registrations have closed.

Amateur golfers, both men and women, above 18 years of age, with a valid handicap certificate from their home club, not more than 1 month old can participate in the tournament.

The Tournament dates are from 30 Oct – 03 Nov 2022.  Participants are required to arrive on 30 Oct 2022 to enable registration. Tournament rounds are on the 31 Oct, 01 Nov & 02 Nov 2022. Departure transfers to the Hanoi Airport are scheduled on 03 Nov 2022.

No. The tournament is only open to those who avail the hospitality package including accommodation and ground transfers.

The final schedule will be sent to the registered participants along with other details. You can also find the schedule on our website Tournament Schedule page.

The below cancellation terms apply. Till 30 Jul, 2022, the booking can be cancelled without any penalties.

From 30 Jul, 2022: 25% package price is charged
From 30 Aug, 2022: 50% package price is charged
From 15 Sep, 2022: 75% package price is charged
From 30 Sep, 2022: 100% package price is charged

What prizes are available?
Many attractive trophies and prizes will be included. More details will be updated on the Tournament Format, Rules & Prizes page closer to the event.

After sign up, the authorised event partner will get in touch with you. You will receive an invoice with instructions on how to make your payment. Payment options details are also provided on our Payment Options page

After you sign up for the tournament and receive an online invoice with instructions for payment, you are required to make the payment within 3 days. If the price is subject to an on-going offer, payment will have to be made before the end of the offer period or within 3 days whichever is sooner.

Yes, the prices include all the current taxes and duties for the ground package. But in case any additional taxes are imposed during the course of the next few months that will be added to the price. Please refer to the exclusions in each package for more clarity.

Yes, there is an additional charge of 3.5% to the total invoice amount if you choose to pay online via MasterCard or Visa credit cards.

Besides payment, participation in the tournament is guaranteed only if there is compliance of certain rules such as valid Handicap Index certificates, Age verification and so on as determined by the tournament committee.

On-course refreshments coupons will be provided to the participants. Other snacks and beverages may be purchased on the course or at the kiosks by the participants and are not provided for by the organizers.

Yes, you may rent clubs at the golf courses directly at the prevailing rates subject to availability. It is recommended to reserve clubs in advance and it is even better if you can carry your own set.

Yes, you will be provided with single caddie and a shared buggy for each round.

Yes, you can use Range Finders during the tournament but only for distance, not for slope.

All participants must email  a scanned copy to your authorised event partnera of a valid Handicap Index certificate as on  1st Oct, 2022 from their home club duly certified, no later than  5th Oct, 2022. For courses that are not slope rated, the golfer’s handicap will serve as their Handicap Index. If there are any changes to this, we will inform you accordingly.

Yes, we will contact you for your Handicap Index certificate in Oct 2022 and you are required to send email to your authorised event partner with a handicap Index certificate as  on 1st Oct, 2022 from your home club duly certified, no later than 5th Oct, 2022. For courses that are not slope rated, the golfer’s’ handicap will serve as their Handicap Index.

For the tournament, please ensure that the valid handicap index certificates are sent as per the requirements given above. But it is also advisable to carry your handicap certificates if you are planning additional rounds of golf either pre or post event.

Yes, as long as both you and your proposed room partner complete the registration formalities. You may mention your preferences in the registration form. In the event that you have chosen the twin sharing package but you do not have a room partner, the single supplement charge will need to be paid.

No. The entire package needs to be taken.

Yes, you can share a room with a non-golfer. Please register the accompanying non-golfer/s at this link where the prices are stated.

Yes, we can book additional rooms for non-golfers and also arrange for sightseeing and transfers if required. Please contact us for more details or customized packages.

Yes, the accommodation package includes daily breakfast at the hotel.

The hospitality package is planned at the 2 hotels, the 4 Star TQT Hotel(Hanoi), 5 Star Apricot  Hotel(Hanoi).

Please note that this is subject to change and therefore you may be put up in a similar 4 or 5 star hotel.

The Check in time is 14:00 hrs/ 2:00 pm

The Check out time is 12:00 hrs/ 12:00 pm

Early check-in is not part of the Event package and is subject to room availability. However, at an additional cost, you can get guaranteed Early Check-in.

Late check-out is also not part of the Event package and is subject to room availability. However, at an additional cost, you can get Late Check-out until 18:00 hrs/ 6:00  pm.

Based on flight timings, the number of golfers arriving by the same flight, and visa formalities, you may have to wait to be transferred to the hotel as the transfer is group based and by coach.

Yes, transportation is provided from the hotel to golf courses and will be in vans.

Transportation is provided as per itinerary. The participants can contact us for vehicle rental fee for personal activities.

Yes, your family can join you for the duration of the Tournament. We have separate Non-Golfer packages for accompanying non-playing friends and family. Please visit the Events Packages pages for more details. Non-Golfers can also take up sightseeing packages additionally during the tournament days. We can customize the itineraries for you. Please contact us for more details.

Yes, accompanying spouses or friends who have taken up the Event Non-Golfing package can attend the two dinners as it is part of their package.

There will be an additional charge for other guests, i.e., guests who have not taken up the Event Non-Golfing package. You can check with the events team on the price and payment.

Vietnam visa is required when you arrive in Hanoi International airport. You can do e-visa thru website https://evisa.xuatnhapcanh.gov.vn/en_US/trang-chu-ttdt or contact us for visa on arrival package. Check with your local agent on visa norms applicable to your nationality.
