Day 1 – Sunday 30th, October 2022: Arrival in Hanoi
All (Golfers & Non-Golfers)
- Meet & greet at Hanoi Airport & transfer to Hotel
- Registration at the hotel
- Check in after 02:00 pm
- Rest of day at leisure
Day 2 – Monday 31st, October 2022: Tournament Golf Round 1
Golfers
- Round 1 of the tournament at BRG Kings Island Golf Course (Tee time: 12:30 PM Shotgun Start)
- In the evening: Welcome Dinner for the group
Non Golfers
- Hanoi City Tour: Visit the famous & popular sights of Hanoi such as Hochiminh’s Mausoleum, Hochiminh’s House on Stilts, Hochiminh Museum. Have lunch at a local restaurant. Then continue on to visiting the Van Mieu – the first university in Vietnam, Fine Art museum, and end with shopping at the Old-Quarter.
- In the evening: Welcome Dinner for the group
Day 3 – Tuesday, 1st November 2022: Tournament Golf Round 2
Golfers
- Round 2 of the tournament at Hilltop Valley Course (Tee time: 08:45 AM Shotgun Start)
- Evening at leisure
Non Golfers
- Tour of the Trangan Complex: Tour of the Trangan complex – UNESCO World Heritage site. It is known as the second most picturesque one in Vietnam and inside these caves you find the most fascinating grottoes and stalactites flaunt their wonders hanging like masses of jade. After lunch time, drive back to Hanoi.

Day 4 – Wednesday, 2nd November 2022: Tournament Golf Round 3 & Gala Dinner
Golfers
- Round 3 of the tournament at Longbien Golf Course (Tee time: 12:00 PM Shotgun Start)
- In the evening, Gala Dinner with Prize Distribution at Longbien Golf Course
Non Golfers
- Day at leisure or you can take up optional tours
- In the evening, Gala Dinner with Prize Distribution at Longbien Golf Course
Day 5 – Thursday, 3rd November 2022: Departure or Optional Extension: Overnight Halong Bay Cruise
All (Golfers & Non Golfers)
- After breakfast, check out of hotel and transfer to Airport based on flight timings

- For those opting for the Extension Package, continue to Halong Bay for a 1 night Halong Bay cruise inclusive of all meals.
